Had trouble booking on the app the first time. Gave another try booking a dinner for a large table 6 weeks ago. Booking is for tonight and, now 3:00 PM, they JUST called to say they had a private event and couldn’t stand by the booking they made with their manager given the issue with booking via the app. What a bunch of arrogant amateurs. Fortunately, In New York, let alone the Harlem area, there are excellent restaurants with friendly, less arrogant management. How JV Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently dined at Vinateriá and I must say, the food and service were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The menu offered a variety of authentic Italian dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The service was attentive, friendly, and truly made our dining experience exceptional. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Italian meal. 5/5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
