We had an absolutely marvelous breakfast experience at VIU, and everyone in our group had a great time! Our party of 8 was accommodated perfectly thanks to the flawless coordination of the team. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Khun Namfon, May, Su, and Numnim—their service was spectacular. They went above and beyond to arrange a wonderful birthday surprise for two of our friends, making the celebration truly memorable.The food was excellent with a fantastic selection, but it was the staff that made the morning special. They were incredibly joyful, genuinely helpful, and showed a level of prompt, spontaneous attentiveness that is rare to find. We could not have asked for a better start to our day! Went for the Sunday Lunch buffet and absolutely loved it! As always, there was a huge variety of food, and everything tasted fresh and was made with high-quality ingredients. What impressed me the most was the service. Every staff member was friendly, polite, welcoming, and full of energy. They worked so well together and made the whole experience even better. My favorites were the seared foie gras, lobster, risotto, fresh oysters, crab, freshly made pizza, blueberry desserts, chocolate mocktail, and, of course, the ice cream! I’d definitely recommend making a reservation in advance, especially if you want a table with a nice view as it gets busy and fills up quickly. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. Excellent lunch at VIU Bangkok. The beet carpaccio starter was a great balance of earthy and bright, with crispy seed clusters for texture. Tomato consommé was clean and deeply flavorful. The pasta course with cherry tomatoes in a rich brown sauce was a standout, and the pistachio-crusted fish with potato purée and baby carrots was beautifully done. Steak with arugula and parmesan rounded things off nicely — simple, well-cooked, perfect finish. Special thanks to Bass and Game for the great service! Attentive, friendly, and made the whole meal even better. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
