We were in this store on a not-too-busy Sunday afternoon. While waiting to be checked out, there was a conversation between the box boy and the checker. When it was out turn, the only thing the checker said to us was "Do you need a bag?" The two other box people had joined the conversation and they all became more engaged in giving a box boy coming back from his break a hard time. By the time we left, still not one person said have a nice day or anything to us. More people in yellow vests had come to the front and they were all hanging around the empty register next to the open. Very bad customer service and lack of professionalism. I have been a Vons club member for since its inception and have never witnessed this lack of regard for the customer. No wonder I shop at Stater Bros. most of the time now. At least I am acknowledged there.

My only problem here at this location are the attitudes, and low vibrations coming from a lot of the women employees that work in the morning. Not pleasant at all. I feel ignored and l looked through most times here and don't feel like I can asked for help bcus of the unpleasant vibes. It's not just with me. I have witnessed the rudeness and attitudes toward other customers also. There is a maybe 30 to 40ish blond woman who works there who is VERY loud and rude. A character right out of the Beverly Hillbillies . I watched the way she interacted with an Asian customer one morning and she was speaking to the customer as if she were deaf & dumb, with a look of disgust on her face. It was embarrassing to watch. She's not the only one with low vibes though. Going in there will put you in a bad mood. I Honestly try to avoid this vons and go up the street to Ralph's where they are friendly. Or, I may go to the vons near my house . Friendly greetings and helpful. The few times I catch myself going to this location its purely out of convenience and I always walk out regretting spending my money here. UPDATE: Went back to this Von right next to my job a couple of days ago and today, out of convenience. A few days ago, the girl that checked me out doubled down on her rudeness. Clearly aware of me and my review, which is a non factor for me. But I wondered if she knew that she proved my point and earned the review. So why be salty? Take it as construction criticism and do better. The way she treats customers is a reflection of her, not me.

Rarely have a good experience. This store is consistently out of sale products and if you don't order pickup or delivery (which costs more), customer service is almost non existent. 6 phone calls & I'm hoping that against all odds, I may get a satisfactory resolution.
