Not all too often do you visit a restaurant & walk away genuinely impressed by not just the food, but the person who made the experience unforgettable. For me, that is exactly what happened all thanks to Chamanda. From the moment I walked in, she brought an energy that captivated me. She was attentive, quick, and handled everything with a level of confidence and professionalism that’s honestly rare to see. Unfortunately, there was a gentleman who was not satisfied and made it known the rest of the guests. Chamanda, however, did not let this interfere with her service. She politely, and respectfully, addressed him and prevented from causing a disruption to the other guests' meal service. What resonated with me was her attitude. Chamanda didn’t just do her job—she owned it. Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming, she made me feel valued. As a tourist, this truly broke the "ice." I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Sada at Waffle House in Morrisville, NC. She makes absolutely delicious waffles — always perfectly golden, fluffy, and cooked just right. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. On top of that, her customer service is outstanding. She’s friendly, attentive, and makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in. It’s rare to find someone who combines great cooking with such genuine hospitality, and Sada truly does both. She’s a big reason we’ll definitely be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
