I got fed for fathers' day here, very good food, great service, we were well taken of. I had that all american, about all I could handle but you know how I always seem to manage. Good coffee, good food, best company, weren't a bad day. Price per person: $10–20

Chardae was an excellent waitress!!! If anyone deserves a raise it is Chardae. She not only was attentive, but personable as well. 100/10 would eat with Chardae again! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at this Waffle House location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any of their restaurants. To begin with, the cleanliness was below standard. There were cleaning materials left on the counters, which is something I’ve never encountered at other Waffle House locations and immediately gave a poor first impression. While the server did apologize early on, the service quickly declined. After receiving my order, I was essentially forgotten. I had to wait an extended period for a simple drink refill, and overall attentiveness was lacking. What made matters worse was the unprofessional behavior taking place in the dining area. The server was openly discussing personal issues with a coworker, including complaints and loudly mentioning how much money she made that day—conversations that are not appropriate in front of customers and should be handled privately. As the experience continued, I was passed off to another employee who appeared disengaged and distracted, frequently on his phone. Not only did this affect my service, but I also observed other customers being neglected—having to get up themselves to ask for drinks and check on their orders. When I politely suggested that being off the phone might improve service, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the food quality did not meet expectations. It was overly greasy and lacked the care and consistency I typically associate with Waffle House. Combined with the lack of cleanliness and poor service, it felt like there was little pride taken in either the food or the customer experience. I’ve had many positive experiences at Waffle House in the past, which made this visit even more disappointing. I hope management takes the time to address these issues, as this location does not reflect the standard the brand is known for. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
