We were a tad bit disappointed with the skewers! Our thought of an Indian tandoor/grill restaurant is one that has decent masala flavors in the marination. The paneer skewer had no flavor and wasn’t well cooked and hard to chew. The chicken was much better but as it’s open grill, the outside gets burnt and inside was dry. Overall lack of flavors that we were anticipating. Masala fries was no good, the peanut masala tasted good and is the North Indian style, not fried. Chola Bhatura probably was our pick among the options we tried. It was flavorful. Staff is great and we didn’t have any problems finding parking or a table outside. Our recent dining experience at this establishment fell far below our expectations. The uncooked shrimp served to us was a major disappointment, especially after discovering it post-consumption. Despite assurances of a replacement, we were left waiting for over 30 minutes with no resolution in sight. Additionally, the mix veg curry we ordered was excessively sour, almost to the point of inducing nausea. Overall, our visit was chaotic and unsatisfactory, and we have no plans to return. Food is awesome. Service is very good. It was worth it to come from Sacramento to try their food. It is Wah jee Wah good.
