Really lovely pub but they desperately need more / more interesting vegan and vegetarian options. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: very limited

We stopped off for a drink. Had great quick service and got to enjoy sitting outside in the sun. There was a football match on the TVs and I was hoping to hear a bit more noise when the goal was scored, but I saw a few golf claps. We didn't have any food. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointed in the waiting room burger burger - on the menu it stated that it included 2 patties with it being £16.50 standard it sounded right. However the burger served included only one. The staff advised me that the reason for this was I was served one bigger pattie so I only get one. However from the photo attached it’s clear that meat isn’t bigger, in fact a standard burger size. Having paid £18.50 for a pub level burger with cheese I was disappointed in the overall product. I’m not expecting restaurant standard food but I do expect what I paid for on the menu I also felt the bread on the bun was very dry. I like the pub and have visited many times but this is below what I’d expect. I’ve have visited previously as mentioned and had a good experience. Therefore I won’t rate the review to low due to mostly being happy with the food and drinks previously Price per person: £40–50
