Online pick has been my by far worse experience with the store. The managers are not the best at making sure that items are given to the correct people, they do not communicate long wait times. The staff that brings out the items are always extremely polite and kind, the staff that brings out items are the only reason I gave the 2 star.

Walmart staff are friendly, produce is fresh, great selection of grocery products. I can usually find most of what I need. I really like ordering online and then just pulling in for grocery pick up.

I think the store is a great resource. Similar to other Walmart Supercenters. An observation, I made is the merchandise pick up area (for shoppers who pull in to pick up online orders) should have a little attention. Not blaming Walmart for inattentive drivers, quite the contrary. There really is no order to the process that allows traffic to drive through. I feel it's an accident waiting to happen. The area is packed with people waiting for their stuff, while others are pulling out. The area doesn't have the room for thru traffic especially since the vehicles are packed in straight on. I would imagine the vehicles coming down the isles to leave the parking lot have a slight higher probability of being "backed into" by people leaving the pick up area. I feel the pick up should really be oval shaped to allow the thru traffic pass by without issue. One entrance and one exit after pick up is complete. I voice this concern because twice in that area (as I was coming through to exit the parking lot) I had almost been backed into. I'm letting you know this and again it's my own experience and observations. There has to be a better way.
