Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Walmart I travel to. This Chehalis location is consistently clean, organized, and staffed by people who genuinely care about customers. John is absolutely awesome — covered in tattoos and looks intimidating at first, but he’s one of the funniest, most helpful, and caring employees you could ask for. He always goes out of his way to help me with bulk supplies and makes every visit a good experience. Derick in electronics is another standout. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing people off. You can tell he truly cares about customer service. Store manager Brayden deserves major recognition as well. It’s obvious the leadership at this store sets the tone because the entire location runs better than most Walmarts I’ve been to. The staff makes you feel valued instead of like just another customer walking through the door. These guys consistently go far out of their way to provide the best service possible, and it absolutely shows. Huge appreciation to all of them for making this store stand out from the rest.

Groceries are expensive. It's even more expensive when they are expired and they go in the trash. I shouldn't have to check the expiration dates on food I purchase here. I get it, it's Wal Mart, but when I get my items home and the ripped bag of rice has spilled everywhere and two bags of hashbrowns expired over a month ago, it's annoying. I also noticed a lot of empty spots on the shelves, and lots of items placed where they don't belong.

Very nice and clean and also so many thousands of different great products that are all lined up very neatly and at phenomenal prices too. This is a very clean and beautiful Walmart. staff is very friendly and helpful also. I was asked four different times if I needed help to find anything and very politely also. The staff was very friendly and sincere. A very beautiful Walmart.
