Very unhappy with handling of incorrect pricing on product. One item rang up as posted sale price, two of same item had original price on register and management refused to correct. Situation NOT handled in the usual WalMart professional and customer friendly manner they are so proud of. I will never shop with WalMart of Liberal, Kansas again. Thankfully they are NOT my home store!!

Walmart definitely had issues with my oil change and new tires. First my order of tires didn't come in. They were able to keep my appointment and cancel that order. Saturday was my only free day, so I was grateful. But then they accidentally broke my key. The manager, Dylan, didn't hesitate to let me call a locksmith and cover the cost. They took responsibility on both issues and did a great job! I'm very pleased with their service this time!

Constantly out of common grocery items when ordering online. Always substituting products. Some of which are actually in stock. More than a few times i've ordered for pickup and they say they are out of something so out of curiosity i walk in to actually see if they were out and low and behold theres an entire cooler or shelf with said "out" products. Constantly "out" of Highland chocolate milk.
