Abhorrent customer service, took me 6 minute long calls for anyone to pick up the phone. Was trying to leave a quick warning regarding an extremely young cat running around their loading bay, and the person who picked up the phone hung up on me in the middle of the 6th call when someone finally decided to pick up. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but they had trucks pulling in at the time I saw this cat. Who knows what could happen when semi-trucks and >1 year old cats mix.

I had a very disappointing experience with Walmart Pickup. They placed a busted gallon of milk in my trunk, and it leaked everywhere, covering my groceries and the entire trunk with milk. Since the milk was placed in an extra bag, it appeared they were already aware it was leaking. To make matters worse, they stacked a watermelon and canned goods on top of a loaf of bread, completely crushing it. I called the Pickup department several times to get answers, but no one ever answered the phone. The lack of customer service was just as frustrating as the damaged groceries. Unfortunately, this isn't my first issue with the Oak Ridge Pickup department. Based on my experiences, I do not recommend using this service unless you take the time to inspect every item before leaving—which defeats the purpose of grocery pickup in the first place. 0/10. I would not recommend

Walmart Supercenter will NEVER get my business again. They have the rudest employee's that are working for them. Judging someone because of how societies corruption has killed others morals.
