I understand why certain items may need to be locked, but it was incredibly frustrating coming in to try and get replacement razor heads and leave empty handed. The customer service representative saw me waiting by the display and walked off, prompting me to use the call button - where I then waited for around 5-10 minutes. When the customer service representative came back, she tried twice to unlock it, told us it wouldn’t open, and walked away. There was no offer to call someone else for assistance.

I have been traveling for the past week (road trips from New York to Florida and Auto Trains) I recently had an exceptional experience at the Walmart in Pooler, and I want to give a special shoutout to a young man named Aaron in the electronics department. I came in frustrated — I had purchased an AT&T hotspot that stopped working just days after I bought it. I know some are saying why not use the phone, but mine takes forever to load. I needed a quick service especially checking my accounts, bank, EZ Pass and more (watching Knick games on the Auto Train - which had no wifi), so I opted to use a Go Link Mobile Hotspot. It worked for a few days and stopped. I kept getting messages to make a payment. Even after making a payment, it still wouldn't connect. Aaron jumped right in to help me. He got AT&T on the line for me, and even though that call ended without a resolution, he didn't give up. He then suggested I try Straight Talk by Verizon and patiently set me up on a second call with a Verizon representative. What really impressed me was that Aaron did all of this while continuing to assist other customers at the same time — never once making me feel like a burden or an afterthought. At one point during my long wait, I turned around to find that he had quietly placed a stool beside me so I could sit down. That small, thoughtful gesture meant more than he probably knows. I was in that store for over an hour, and Aaron stayed with me through the whole process until I walked out with a working hotspot. That is truly going above and beyond. He is a credit to the Walmart team in Pooler, and I hope his managers know what a gem they have in him. Thank you, Aaron!

Worst Walmart I’ve been to since I moved out of the area. In town to visit family, stopped to get a couple of things. Every line is a mile long. No employee is in a hurry or cares. Trashy, crap everywhere. I guess Walmart knows people will come in for seemingly lower prices so why care about making customers happy about anything else
