Scheduled a pick up and called ahead on the way to inform them we were on the way. We were advised our order was ready for pick up. We arrived and checked in. We waited for twenty minutes while watching other cars arrive, pick up their orders, and leave. When we began to gripe we were basically ignored, or told, "Your's is coming out next". You guessed it, another twenty minutes goes by. I asked to see a manager I was told he was too busy to speak to me. After another brief wait, our order arrived. Shame on me for not checking our order as more than half was not included. Did they resent my griping? Did the manager just not want to deal with another irate customer? When we tried to call about the shortage we could not reach anyone on the phone. Pathetic system, carried out by pathetic people, makes for a pathetic experience . Never again.

I'm not the only one that remembers the days when shopping at Walmart was fun. When the store stayed open 24hrs. Now we're forced to shop online that was the set up. But, we the people don't get it. I mshopping for an associate to help me out. Love the items I purchased
