Been shopping here since they opened. Still terrible. Employees, including supervisors, with a few exceptions need to attend the Stater Bros. school of customer service. They act like they're doing YOU a favor by letting you shop here. Good luck if you have a Return, you're in for a bad experience. You would think after just remodeling the store they would have spent a few bucks and added some carts to a VERY short supply. Nope. Still always out of carts. Today I drove up, saw the cart area was empty again and kept going to Stater Bros., which is more expensive but has better customer service and always has plenty of carts. How does Walmart think you can shop without a cart? Like the prices but that's all. I'm willing to spend more for a better customer experience.

I love the convenience, the inventory and the pricing. The one thing they cannot seem to organize is stocking the shelves. Deliveries are made early in the morning and shelves are being stocked throughout the day. I have purchased frozen items that obviously defrosted at some time prior to purchase. It wouldn't hurt to let the employees know that they are working with customers and friendly, helpful customer service is the key to promote return customers.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is a blessing for the people who live in Rialto. When we moved to Rialto from Rancho Cucamonga, we were looking for a Department Store like Target, and this Grocery Store has turned out to be our alternative for Target. Walmart offers a wide selection of items including home goods, electronics, home furniture & appliances, toys, clothing, baby gear, video games and many more. This place is on West Baseline Road in Rialto. Most of the time we come here to buy household appliances. We get almost everything from here that suits our day-to-day needs. The price of the products seems reasonable most of the time. Although we heard a few complaints about their customer service, we didn’t experience anything bad so far. The employees are usually friendly, courteous, cooperative and professional. The premises are always neat and clean. I would highly recommend the Walmart Neighborhood Market on West Baseline Road in Rialto. It’s a valuable asset for anyone in the area looking for grocery items at a reasonable price, and I can’t wait to explore what else they have in store!
