Two stars because this Supercenter conveniently carries a lot of products. But, items that are locked up aren't convenient to obtain. I came here today and two of the items I came into the store were locked up. I waited about twenty minutes to obtain the first item. The second one after a 10 minute wait I didn't obtain because I got frustrated and walked away and ended up purchasing the items I had with me. Very inconvenient customer service to have to wait so long to obtain a product if at all. Because, the responsible personnel in charge of opening the cases may not show up at a promptly timely manner.
