Went to Walmart for just a couple last minute things on the 4th of July. The place was packed, but walmart even brought in extra people even from other stores to help with demand. I am a Walmart + member, I usually order more stuff for delivery or pickup. I can say without a doubt everyone was in good spirits and I moved through the store and checked out super quick! Even on a major holiday! We'll done walmart...

I went to Walmart and forgot my items I work in customer service so I know what it’s like to deal with this situation. The items were nothing big and I went back right away once I realized my items were missing. I got there and Adele the manager checked the cameras said that it was my fault and someone took them and said I couldn’t get a refund or any help basically I’m 18 years old it was an accident and I’m sure it’s happened to many. I asked her if I can replace them and she argued with me and I said you’re the manager. Not helpful worst employees. How are you gonna argue with a customer and not be helpful at all. I understand I left it but also there was no help just arguing. Adele is the manager and just was the worst I don’t understand why Walmart hired rude people and why have managers if they aren’t gonna be helpful.

It's Walmart. I can say that they're consistent and compared to other Walmart supercenters this one is a bit cleaner, better stocked and has fewer shootings than any others in the Albuquerque metro area. Though the last time I was here at night I did witness a dude getting a happy ending from a professional in the parking lot but that's not walmart's fault per se.
