Today I went to shop and found something that I wanted to buy from the garden center. It was for 49 dollars but when I tried to buy it the staff at the self check out said it was for a different price. I had already asked someone else and they said it wasn’t for 149 it was for 49 dollars only. The staff keep saying no you will not buy it for that price you will buy it for 149 dollars. The staff were very mean ignorant and gave me a nasty attitude. There needs to be new staff that are a lot better and that treat people better.

The store was muggy and hot. The checkout lines were through the clothing aisles due to having only 4 lanes open and 3 self checkouts that are not equipped with “ tap to pay” Walmart as a corporation that is unacceptable. The Walmart associate was not adequately equipped to assist customers including 6 other customers who were all waiting to get soap that was SECURED behind the glass. The button that held the purpose of ringing for assistance was not operational and the staff didn’t have a key. Two separate individuals said that they are pickers and I asked if you’re here to pick soap aren’t you required to have a key? She ignored me walked away. The other young lady said she doesn’t have a key. The young man continue to play a game on his phone before taking the initiative to volunteer to seek someone with a key, let me add. He waited eight minutes I watched on my phone. For the time once he seek help, it took an additional 24 minutes for him to arrive with the key get to the register. The young lady failed to assist. She didn’t ask anyone if they needed assistance. She stood there talking on her cell phone via FaceTime once I told her to come and help the gentleman in front of me because I can no longer service him as I am not a staff. I’m a customer waiting to be rung up. She sucked her teeth, stomped her feet and rolled her eyes. Another family needed her assistance. she said, what do you want now as if they had gotten on her nerves here is a picture of her.( extremely unprofessional colorful sock Walmart associate) her mannerism, or lack thereof is a part of the reason why us African-Americans face so much ridicule, stigma, and bias because of people with nasty demeanors such as her Please terminate her immediately. She is a dis-service to your establishment.
