Worst store ever for online pickups. They will leave you waiting a very long time with no explanation and you can call both the pickup phone number and the main store phone number and no one will answer no matter how many times you call. Eventually had to go inside the store with my 3 children(one sick, which is why I did the online order) to address the situation and get my order straight.

Today I went to Walmart in Roxboro, North Carolina and had an oil change. WToday I went to Walmart in Roxboro, North Carolina and had an oil change. Well they made me aware that they did not have the filter mind you this is not the first time because I get my oil changed there all the time. It’s always something when I go to get my oil changed with them, but I bought my own filter and they told me that they would give me a discount. Yes with the oil and the filter but also I asked specifically about the only the filter. What would the discount be and they told me a price but not the full price and they charge me the full price I do have my receipt for them and I have my receipt for the filter that I bought and I feel like time is hard without us having to go paying money to get something done and the people are not doing their job are not honoring their word.

I love walmart supercenter. especially the one i shop at in roxboro, nc. friendly and helpful staff that are dedicated to their jobs. Wide variety of products. wish the self checkout would take cash though and not cards only machines.
