Excellent Italian inspired modern restaurant that serves up delicious mostly oven-cooked food. Creative and thoughtful details throughout the food/drinks and around the entire restaurant (even in the bathroom). Plus the price is reasonable for the quality food served Highlights:. Drink: El Charro. Food: charred oysters, charred cabbage I'll come back to try more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70

One of the very few restaurants in Miami that has a creative chef driven menu that takes some chances instead of dumbing down the menu like most “high end” restaurants in Miami do. It is a unique culinary experience similar to what you would find in Chicago or NYC. Best bone marrow dish in the city and the pork ribs were great with a nice twist on the sauce and slaw pairing. The Grouper was good with an excellent broth. Not a fan of the lasagna however. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I didn't take photos - because I was blissfully eating one of the best meals of my life. I truly think Walrus Rodeo is superior to its sister Boia De. It's so creative, well executed, fairly priced with attentive service. Complementary wine list. We had the cauliflower which was one of the coolest most unique dishes I've tasted. It was citric while the cauliflower had char and yet was al dente with nice bite and a creamy sauce. Great alternative to the salad. We also tried the Pork Chop, Roni Za and the PBJ. Also memorable in their own ways. Can't wait to return you won't be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60
