Unfortunately at last I have to make this review. We have been customers for years at Wando's in downtown Madison. Typically had a great time and one of our favorite places to go. Lately, it has gone completely south. We had bartenders rudely kick us our early claiming it wasn't busy enough. Bartenders all seem to have an attitude now every time we come in. Ignoring our comments, giving us the wrong drinks and refusing to make it right, etc. Most disrespectful occurrence was when we put a couple songs on touch tunes and the bartenders skipped the songs we PAID to play and laughed at us amongst themselves. I reached out to the owner and unless I made a whole trip to downtown just to talk to him, they wouldn't do anything to make it right. We won't be returning and I recommend everyone else take their business elsewhere as well. I don't see Wando's lasting much longer if they keep up this track records as of late. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Friday night and they closed 2 and a half hours early. Asked what time they closed because they started to pack up and the bartender told me “whenever”. Told them I’ll finish my drink and head out to which they said no problem. Not even 5 minutes later they hit me with “I’m gonna have to ask you to leave” before I could even finish my drink. Not my fault you’re not getting business Wando Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
