Great hotel, we had a very comfortable stay, and the staff was kind, friendly and very welcoming (especially Bogdan from the reception, a top gentleman). I really appreciated that the rooms were cleaned daily, the towels and bed linen replaced daily, and the bathroom was always impeccable. The breakfast was good and varied enough for any diet. The cappuccino in the morning was amazing, but also the cocktails in the evening, in the rooftop bar. Another major advantage is the free transport service offered to and from the Laurentina metro station, the drivers being always friendly and helpful, the van always clean and cooled inside (Lifesavior when the outside temperature was 40°C). Overall, a very good value for money! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome!

We had a great experience at Warmthotel. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is lovely, and I have to give special mentions to the cappuccino,it was excellent and the perfect start to the day! While the hotel isn't right in the center of the city, their free shuttle service to the metro completely makes up for the location. It’s reliable, convenient, and makes getting into the heart of Rome very simple. I would definitely stay here again. Service: 5
