The boat was old, no fresh air or fans inside. The food was horrible low quality. The chicken was inedible. The service was lacking. Not worth the money.

When you got there, there wasn't clear directions of where to wait by. People just kind of gathered around the dock confused on where to go. Brunch food options were super mid. They had a similar breakfast to what you would get at a hotel. Potatoes, bacon, sausage and some pastries with bagels and cream cheese. I was expecting something more like eggs-benedict or something fancier since you're eating on a boat. The server told us that we could go upstairs for drinks and we went upstairs and the bartender told us that the server should be taking our orders, and it just seemed like there was no communication between the staff. We then went downstairs again and ordered our drinks with a random server that caught our attention. I also asked for tabasco sauce and ketchup, and he arrives with Tapatio sauce (I like that better anyways). 2 min later the server asked if they could steal it to take it to another table. It seemed like they were sharing two bottles of ketchup and one hot sauce for the entire 1st floor. It looked silly being passed around. I asked if they had Modelo and they said no that they had Pacifico beer and when she came back, she said they don't have either and that she can give me a Ranier beer. The staff doesn't seem to know what they have. The scenery and the ride around lake union was worth it but don't have high expectations for the food or service.

Thank you, Waterways Cruises and Events for making my birthday feel special! With a table upstairs in the sun, champagne greeting and birthday card signed by the whole crew, excellent service, tasty brunch buffet and a visit to the pilothouse, it was a perfect morning on the water. Check 'em out for a special occasion!
