We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Waves for an absolutely unforgettable evening. The elegance of the flavors and the artistry in the presentation made every dish a true culinary experience. Each plate reflected refinement, creativity, and passion. A special thank you to Nalini for her attentive and gracious service, and to Laurianne, whose expert recommendation of South African wines elevated our dinner beautifully — her selections were simply perfect for the occasion. Our sincere appreciation as well to the Chef for crafting such a thoughtfully curated menu to celebrate February 14th. It was a delightful and memorable way to mark the evening. The terrace decoration created a magical atmosphere, and the cocktail service was filled with thoughtful details. Thank you, Jean, for your kindness and professionalism — your warmth truly enhanced the experience. A big bravo to the entire Waves team. We had a wonderful night and will cherish the memories. Our Valentine’s dinner at Waves unfortunately did not go as planned due to delays and some miscommunication regarding our dietary requirements. However, the way the team handled the situation afterward was truly outstanding. We were kindly taken care of at another restaurant at the property the same evening, where the service and food were excellent. The following day, Waves went above and beyond by inviting us back for a private dinner on the beach — an unforgettable experience and a solid 10/10. A very special thank you to Nivis who was exceptional throughout and played a key role in turning everything around. While the first evening fell short, the professionalism, generosity, and genuine care shown afterward made all the difference. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
