This location is always clean, and because my office is about 5 minutes down the road I am often in at this WAWA for breakfast or lunch. Everyone working here is affable and amicable, the ladies working the food prep counter, are rockstars. The morning crew is welcoming and often understanding of my zombie like sleep deprived state. I can count on a quality lunch, ready always on time. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered two Quesadillas, and a frozen lemonade. I ordered my food with the special order option. When I first placed my order, the employees behind the deli were speaking poorly of prior customers. Stating “they hate it when customers walk up and stare them in the face”. I should’ve known then not to order. I stood back, waited my order to be called as I didn’t want to pay for the food, and the number was called while I was away. So I waited for them to call the special order. The special order was simply to change their gloves . Nothing more nothing less. With a calm demeanor at that. I was met with an unprofessional response and attitude. The employee known as “Ash” paused for a moment, frowned, and gave me the most disgusting factual expression & agonizingly asked why I made the glove change request. I am a Muslim. The special order was in regards to my religious dietary restrictions. I was wearing my hijab. They knew exactly why I made the request. Once I refused to answer their question, they became more unprofessional & pretty much refused to make the food which at that point was totally fine. They boldly asked if I wish to speak to a manager I agreed. They had the audacity to refuse to give me their name. I had to go to another employee to get their name as well as a manager. After the manager came out, and made the food the other employees made comments such as “nah and yamean” & laugh as I stood their waiting for my food. it’s also worth noting I am black American as well. I honestly don’t know what these people deal were. I simply came there to grab something to eat. I was all smiles and daisies lol. I was met with discrimination and indirect racism. I didn’t get the names of the employees that were indirectly being racist. I just left. I would not recommend this location or any other Wawa stores for that matter, especially if you’re black American and/or Muslim. It doesn’t feel like the Wawa anymore. Yeah, to Ash and the reject wanna be racist in the deli area you’re disgusting individuals and I hope you never have the ability to work around the minority or Muslim people. We deserve better than your ignorance. I highly recommend recording upon entry to this location. The employees were so racist, and discriminative. I actually cannot believe this happened in 2026. Plus these employees look kind of young. The overall experience was disheartening. Shoutout to the manager Kim. Not really sure if they really cared to address the manner, but I really hope they decided to fire Ash at the very least. The experience was so disgusting and so unnecessary and immature. If you don’t wanna change your gloves between orders, at the request of a customer then keep yourself at home . I’ll never come here again unless I have to I’ll tell you that. Enclosing, if youre getting food from here and happen to black/brown/ and/or Muslim come to deli with your phone recording. I’m still mind blown by the ignorance. This new Wawa off of South Ship Road and Lincoln Highway in Exton has built-to-order hoagies, burgers (only at 4pm or later), soups, salads, donuts, breakfast foods like the Sizzli breakfast sandwiches, bottled drinks like Wawa's Iced Tea and One Liter bottles of Pepsi and Mountain Dew, and don't forget Wawa has the best tasting coffee in the Delaware Valley! I highly recommend this East Exton Wawa to anyone! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
