Its actually crazy that i have to deny pretty much every order from here at night on doordash because I know im going to be sitting there for 30-40 minutes waiting on an order and thats if there is like only 2 other cars there which is insane. If no one is there I tell myself oh well itll only take about 15-20 minutes so its not THAT bad. Problem is. They have the order for at least 10 minutes at LEAST b4 I even arrive. Like its so crazy to me I prefer going to these food trucks that are making actual quality food while using a grill and fryers cuz I have never waited longer than the expected pickup time for an order. Im sure its not the greatest job in the world but no one is forcing you to be there. YOU chose to be there at rhe after 12 am shift which tbh is usually slow. So it makes even less sense that you wouldn't hustle when the few orders that come in can get out so you can go back to doing whatever else. I hear the location on highland and airline is worse but I dont ever go there. At least from my experience this is by far the worst place in baton rouge to pick up an order from

Completely forgot my order when I went through drive through and was told to park. Parked for 30 minutes. Ridiculous Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is a shame!! College drive Wendy’s- Drank some of the chocolate frosty - yuck! Never did I have a frosty so thinned. It seemed watered down - threw it out. The Dave burger was not warmed and not dressed properly. I asked for extra lettuce hardly any lettuce - the fries were ok. They were not even busy today, Tuesday April 7, 2026, around 5:10pm. The salad I ordered is for tomorrow. I used to enjoy Wendy's burgers but totally disappointed today however, the woman who took my order was great- awesome customer service. If I did not drive away to eat the food I would have brought it back. Do better that burger was my dinner. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4
