I’ve gone through the drive thru multiple times. The orders are almost always wrong! Double check everything. Simple mistakes like ordering double cheeseburger and getting a single or they forget the cheese. Last 2 times, the fries were cold. Very disappointing experiences for such easy requests. And they don’t give you your receipt every time so it’s hard to correct your order later. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

They have the worse employers working at this moment. The drive through employee decide not to take my order because she didn't feel like it. I had to get out of my car and place my order inside the establishment. But how conveniently the person behind me was able to place his/her order through the drive through. If you are that miserable in your life as a Wendy's employee , then quit but dont take it on the costumers. There was a lady cleaning the tables and was very nice and polite. You can tell she is a happy lady that is about to get off at 3 pm . Im super disappointed at Wendy's management for not supervising their employees once in a while . Terrible experience Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went to Wendy’s it was about 11 at night was told it was only cash so I went to the atm to pull back up wait 10 mins to order while he told us to hold on then we order get to the window ask us to pull forward for our food to come cold not even warm and forgot our kids meals which were nuggets to have to wait at the overnight window to be only given the nuggets worst service I have experienced at that Wendy’s Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1
