The prices keep going up and the quality of their food keeps going down. I'm surprised that they're still in business, they won't be for much longer at this rate. I'll add that charging $0.50 for little sauce packet is particularly odious. Nickle and diming people is a great way to alienate customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Absolutely terrible. The drive through line was super long so I went inside. I went to the kiosk since no one bothered coming up to the front register. When I couldn't do a simple substitute on the kiosk I went back to the front counter... Well someone finally came up and told me they dont have anyone to run the reregister I need to go back to the kiosk... This is where I should have just left. However i went through the drive through instead. The ordering is now done through AI. I was able to make it part way through my order until it wouldn't register and item that was on the screen right next to it. After asking 3 times for the item someone finally said that its no longer available even though its advertised on the screen... Fine now I get only part of my order and it was wrong. Ill never return and urge other not to as well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Other Wendy's locations are OK but this one is abysmal. Not a fan of the drive-thru AI but not against it, if it helps quality, but it doesn't. My order was incorrect, they forgot to give me a receipt AND my BURGER WAS RAW. Disgusting. Telling by the manager's reaction, she wasn't surprised and apathetic to the whole situation. I don't trust this spot anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
