I had a very frustrating experience at this Wendy’s. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, I was told my order had been given to someone else. Even though the mistake was on the restaurant’s end, the manager refused to help or remake my order for about 20 minutes. Thankfully, another employee eventually stepped in and remade my food, which I really appreciated. However, the manager’s lack of concern and unwillingness to resolve the issue made the experience much worse. Customer service, especially from management, needs significant improvement. I hope this location does a better job handling situations like this in the future. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Worst Wendy's ever. Ordered 20 nuggets , got 10. The medium fries were smaller than McDonals small fry. 50 dollars to not receive our whole order and nobody answers the phone. Management sucks. I hope y'all are one of the 300 that is being closed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
