Absolutely a disgrace to the company name. Selected them from all the other choices available around 2 PM today. Planned to go through Drive thru but only found paper signs posted on the order station stating breakfast not being served until 8 AM, sorry for the inconvenience. Waited for several minutes but NO SERVICE. Decided to pull around only to find first window empty with same breakfast sign. Pulled up to pickup window only to find it empty, even after waiting a couple of minutes. Still no service. The same stupid breakfast sign was posted here. Finally pulled away noting interior lights on but Noone appeared to be inside either. We can only presume this location has ceased business or wants to go out of business. The lost ours and strongly recommend that anyone considering then to look at the other choices available le. If they can't keep their customers informed of their operating status you can only imagine their atte tion to other details of food preparation. Forewarned is Forewarned.

Hire employees that bring value to your business and want to communicate with customers, fix problems, be there to work. Don't hire ppl with an attitude, ppl that knowingly make you wait and don't acknowledge you, ppl that cant get your order correct, argue with customers and are not professional or nice. If you hire employees that want to work and have a nice disposition, that would go a long way. Model yourself after the chic fil a, act like you care about your own business and hire people that do as well. Until then I would never go back here. Why would anyone want to spend hard earned money to be treated like crap and have your order screwed up, all while making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If that's what you want, by all means please come here. You will be treated like you are inferior to them or bothering them and you'll pay for that "service." Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So all of a sudden this decides to be the only Wendy's that opens up at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast now glad I wasted my time to turn in and find that out definitely won't be getting my business anymore
