Went here on my lunch at 2am waited in an empty drive thru for almost 10 mins. I ordered a baconnator pulled up to the window to pay and my sandwich was ready. I told her it was cold, she said can't be just came off of the grill. Then shut the window. Went inside was refused a refund and refused a fresh sandwich. Price per person: $1–10

I had a terrible experience at the Wendy's inside the Flying J. I was unable to place my order and ended up waiting for over an hour without any updates from the staff. It was clear that they were prioritizing DoorDash orders over regular customers, and no one seemed to care about the long wait. The employees were unhelpful and didn’t acknowledge the delays. It was chaotic, disorganized, and honestly, I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location again. There was a truck driver who was there before me and was unable to place an order as they told him door dash was priority. The truck driver was hungry and mentioned his blood sugar was low and the employee seemed like they did not care and refused to place his order. He proceeded to wait and he finally left upset and hungry working in the healthcare industry. That is not a good way to send off a customer health should be a priority not DoorDash and truck drivers. Bring our food to us all over the nation and they should have priority over us. As they leave their families and loved ones for months at a time to provide for us, but yet they get treated like they’re nothing. These drivers have very few places to eat and should not have to wait over an hour specially when they are feeling ill. As I travel, I refuse to go to any more flying days because of this it was rude and disrespectful to customers
