Did the drive through, girl in the window was on her phone laughing then opened the window with no smile and short rude tone. Was told to park in the waiting where I was parked for 10 minutes for a nugget meal. On the last trip they charged my card for someone else’s order and then again for my own and made a big thing about giving me back my money for the wrong order. Followed up by giving me the wrong order. It’s unfortunate with the slow pace of service and the inaccuracy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can we just close this location already!? I ordered through the app, came thru the drive thru, they had us pull up to the window and sit for almost 10 min before coming to say the items we ordered were not available?! I requested a refund and they denied. The Wendy’s app always say they have no chat reps available and the customer service email never responds. I am still out of $10+ and it’s been over a week. You have rude, unprofessional children running this business and enough is enough. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Third visit, same issue. Please train your employees to understand what it means when i say "please no cheese ranch, or any dairy, I am severely lactose intolerant" cause that means I get very sick if I eat dairy, not just bloated, I throw up. I was desperately hungry, got a grilled chicken wrap no cheese or ranch, thats it, sorry if that was too complicated. Had to give it away on a street corner and not eat because I went between clients on the only break I had all day. This is the 3rd time I have tried this Wendy's and its the 3rd time ive still gotten dairy. Please train your employees. Some others have allergies way worse than me, you should care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
