Update: Gave this Wendy's another chance and they don't fully close the lid to my chili. Sat the bag on my passenger seat when I came through the drive thru, and the chili soaked through the bag. Got chili on the seat and my pants. The prices are too high for how bland the burgers are, and for the quality of orders received. Foeget double checking, I don't think they single check what they do. Original review: Went to get Wendy's during my lunch break. No wait to order. First the AI asks for my order. I give my order than it cuts off to a real person saying they'll take my order in a second. It took about 3 minutes to finally order again, they didn't say the price or thanks. Girl at the window seemed tired, she hardly talked or anything. I took my food back to my office and I was missing chicken nuggets but had the sauce. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a few sandwiches for me and they're where delicious everything was perfect on it the wrapper was wrapped really well and nothing was falling off or anything. I also went up there twice this evening between 10pm and 12am because my kids wanted food after I had mine hahaha and both times the sandwiches where perfectly made and delicious. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Speechless, honestly. Most people go through a drive-thru as apposed to dining in. But whether you do either or, I hope you’re dealt with a form of decency. Today, 05/26/26 the service was so bad as if it was a joke. Went up to the window after the very slow AI took my order, I paid cash and the guy workin the register tossed me back my money didn’t just hand it to me. After that the only words he ever said were “pull up front” in a very demanding/unsettling way I’m only 24 but for me to write a review is beyond me.. Don’t come here unless you want some quick, sloppy, and more importantly horrible service going through a simple drive—thru Food: 1 Service: 1
