Sorry, no pictures. Wendy’s can honestly be hit-or-miss for me. Usually, the service is pretty good, and this visit was no exception. I ordered the Bacon Ranch Asiago Chicken Sandwich, and overall, it was pretty good. The chicken patty tasted fresh and crispy, though I do wish there had been a little more lettuce than the single lonely leaf hiding under the bun. My bigger disappointment was the fries. They gave a generous portion, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, they were already cold by the time I got to my vehicle to eat them. Since I was getting off and back onto the interstate and don’t even live in the area, going back wasn’t really practical. I know fast food near interstate exits is expensive these days, so when you’re paying that much for a meal, you really hope the fries are at least hot and fresh. The sandwich saved the experience from being a total disappointment, but the fries definitely missed the mark. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Walked in to order three chicken wraps with no mayo and extra protein as something to meet my macros while traveling and satiate my hunger in a semi-healthy way. I asked for extra chicken on all three wraps and the cost came out to be $31 which kind of surprised me but, it is what it is. Definitely wasn't an extra $1.86 worth of grilled chicken in my wraps though. The thing that really influenced me from wanting to revisit this establishment again was the way my wraps were constructed. All the cheese and chicken were at the bottom of the wrap with all the lettuce at the top. Definitely not ideal to get a Big, hungry bite of your wrap full of nothing but flour tortilla and lettuce...Of course considering I was traveling via car, this was highly inconvenient and even frustrating to the point where I had to pull over to reconstruct my wraps while on the road. It's a small detail but it does make a difference and in this case, even pose a bit of a safety concern. Overall for a entree with only four ingredients, at least have a little bit of pride in your job to make it make sense for what it is. Considering I originally wanted the grilled chicken sandwich, Wendy's should have never got rid of it. Apparently, that would be harder to mess up for employees who don't care enough to make a wrap right..
