I was waiting to order for 20 minutes and the manager told me they didn't give me people waiting, but 2 employees came from Walmart, they arrived with tortillas and avocado and the customers waiting first, I imagine it's customer service and besides, I had to wait because they didn't have any. cooked chicken no employee had his name nor the manager

They can't follow the order and made me feel that I were lying. They missed an item for to-go order. We found it out at home, and we called the restaurant. We were told to stop by to pick up the item. We went there. We had to re-explain about what happened, and were told, "It's in the other bag." as we were leaving. NO, IT WAS NOT! 1. It's not our fault that an item was missing. 2. We already explained the issue over the phone with someone, why did I have to re-do that at the restaurant? 3. Why do I want to lie about an missing item? I called the restaurant because this was SECOND TIME they missed an item for my orders. Last time, I didn’t bother calling them. Mistake happen, but implying me as a lier annoyed me much. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
