Food is amazing as always. BUT if someone tells you to pull up to the window for your food bc it will take 5 MINUTES you would think it would take only 5 minutes at 10 at night WRONG it will actually take 45 minutes of waiting for three things. The only good thing about my experience was this nice man that came up to my door and asked me what I was waiting for and proceeded to bring it out very fast. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went Thursday to get a classic chicken sandwich and french fries. The young lady taking my order asked me three times what I wanted. While I was waiting, she was telling the person cooking it what I wanted on it. She also asked me a couple of ti.es again what I wanted. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked with the spicy chicken. If my digestive track could have tolerated it, I would have ordered. When it was ready, the young lady grabbed a container of french fries that was sitting on the shelf.the whole time I was there and was cold. The whole operation at that time seemed disorganized and didn't seem to have anyone leading the team. That location definitely needs a reorganization. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Visited Wendy's in Destin on Sunday, March 22nd at approximately 2pm. Not very busy and I was the only one in line to order. Stood in line waiting to order for almost 15 minutes. I finally asked the young lady to please take my order but she said that she could not at that time as she was busy packing orders for drive through customers. I counted at least 4 employees, plus a manager working. I asked to see the manager who informed me that they were short staffed and to be patient. When I asked him to please take my order, he declined, told me to have a blessed day and walked away. The absolute worst customer service! The manager could have cared less when I told him that I would just go elsewhere. The manager of this Wendy's obviously needs additional training in knowing how to effectively operate a fast food restaurant. I live in the area and will not be dining there, or try to dine there again. Service: 1
