The guys that work the evening shift are on point! You can tell they care by their positivity and also the food quality during their shift! Monday night 7-8pm, they give Wendy’s a good name

I just waited 30 minutes In front store in drive thru for 30 minutes. Slowest service in Duncan. I ordered a bacon nater. It had two pieces of bacon on it. I was trying to order the T-Rex and I couldn't hear or understand the lady taking my order. I just went with a number two because I didn't know what they where saying. This is the worst and slowest fast food in town. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went inside to order carry out. After about 10 minutes I hear the crew discussing my order and at one point the dude who took my order looked over the counter to where I was sitting to confirm my order was to go. A few more minutes go by and I see one of the guys go over to the counter and ask if this all was for Aimee. So I'm thinking my order is almost done. At the 20 minute mark I go up to ask how much longer. Dude who took my order looks super confused and starts looking around. Then suddenly a guy looks at me while holding up 2 plastic containers and says" We ran out of bacon, we haven't had time to make more, but I made them extra cheesy for you." I ask him what they are and he says bacon cheese fries. I explain that I had literally ordered a baconator without cheese. He then says "oh, this isn't your order then. " I ask what happened to my order, one of the guys says "it probably was given to the wrong person, not gonna lie." The manager gets involved and asks what's going on. I explain and then suddenly one of the workers finds some bags in the warmer next to the fry station and states he found my order. Then I'm told they went outside looking for me. I ask why they would do that when I walked in and have been sitting right here for 20 minutes. Not to mention my receipt literally says dine-in. Manager apologizes and asks me to make sure my order is correct. I go and check it all and it was correct, but the fries were cold. So I go up to the counter, one of the guys asks what I need and I say I need fresh fries as these are now cold. He kinda snatches the bag and walks away. A few minutes go by so I go over to the counter and see they are waiting on fries. As I'm standing there the manager asks what I need and I explain I'm waiting on my replacement fries as mine were cold. A minute later, they guy that initially took the old ones tosses the bag on the counter and says "here ya go." The door dasher standing next to me tells me he didn't need to be so rude. So yeah, customer service there badly needs improving. I have told my kids Wendy's is no longer an option when I offer to bring dinner home after work. Do better Wendy's!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
