I've been to this Wendy's many time and to be honest it hasn't been great. That being said, it looks like there might be some new staff, and the person working in the drive-thru today was super friendly and my order was delicious. Credit where credit is due. They might be improving here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was greeted upon entry. One of the gentlemen took my order and was prompt to give my cup. My food came up quickly... And he handed it to me and let me know the frosty would be right out. Friday was delivered to me because I hadn't noticed the send gentleman come out from behind the counter. Food was fresh and hot. Service was great. Restaurant was clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Long wait in drive thru. Woman who took order told me to pull around before I could complete my order & also did not tell me my total. When arriving to pick up window lady still did not tell me my total instead stood at the window with her hand out. I literally had to ask for my total. There were no condiments nor napkins in my bag. Food tastes terrible. Tastes as if it’s been fried in old grease. Will not be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
