No wet floor signs, no mats to catch water during the rain. Yet somehow my crutches slip on the floor and yet "nothing was there" according to their legal department. Admitted fault of no wet floor sign as well. Always have rude service and have to wait because the cashier cant multitask and have to wait an unnecessary amount of time to even place an order and not to mention how much of a mess there was under the tables. Not going here again for sure. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Against my better judgment, my wife and I stopped a few days ago. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working and none of the ordering system or cash registers were working either, cars were backed up at the drive thru, we waiting behind a guy that just wanted lemonade for his wife in the car. They made him wait, why could've they just take his money! After about 15 minutes they finally took his money and he went to the beverage machine and no lemonade. My wife did get a frosty, but I left without ordering. This is my last time there, why are other Wendy's locations good and this one never is. It seems like all the fast food places in Geneseo have gone to crap since Covid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
