My wife just got home from visiting this store and she was not happy with the service and upon getting my food I found that the lettuce was brown the chicken looked like it had been siting under a heat lap for a while my side had no ice and was flat I wasn't going to review anything in tell I saw how many bad reviews this store gets Wendy's need to get it together being in people that actually care about there jobs and want to give good service we live in LaSalle and from now on we'll go to the other store on 47th ave because this was just a waste of almost 80 dollars in food. DO BETTER!!!!!! Food: 1

Late night shooting pool and this place had fresh fries, great food, attention to detail, drove home 20 minutes and everything i ordered was still hot Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time, the fries were soggy and cold, and I was given the wrong drink. For spending around $30, I expected much better quality and attention to the order. This place has really gone downhill compared to past visits. I hope management takes a closer look at the food freshness and order accuracy because this was not worth the money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
