Tried the drive-thru twice. First night I couldn't hear the guy over the trucker noises. The second night I went through it and waited for a few minutes without a peep, because apparently the guy doesn't know how to tell someone "hello, please give me a moment." Unsure he's properly trained in customer service.

Wow. I am 40 years old and have been a Wendy's customer since i was old enough to buy my own meals (16-17). Never have I seen a location as mismanaged and unprofessional as this. 1. They don't answer the speaker. I understand it's a truck stop, but the speaker was built for a reason. If there is an issue with the spey, place a note on it. I often times wait 15 min or longer just to see if anyone will address me over the speaker. On a recent visit, after waiting, I pulled up to the 2nd window and was told it had to come inside. On a subsequent visit I pulled to the window and waited and extra 10 minutes as I witnessed at least 4 employees and a manager chit chatting and playing on their phones, not a single person came to help. I honked my horn but was ignored. I went inside and a manager took my order. This person was so unprofessional. I wanted to give this manager feedback on what I had experienced, but the demeanor of this person made me think twice. There was no greeting, no soft skills, just a piss poor attitude, they clearly did not want to be there. On a subsequent visit, I was greeted by some kid who told me they were only placing orders inside. I went inside and noticed the employees sitting in the dining room chatting it up with their non employee friends. I waited at the counter for someone to help me and eventually the kid from the dining room took my order. 2. The menu shows salads. Wendys has been known for their salads for years now, but I was told they don't serve salads. Every other Wendy's I have ever been to served salads 3. The order is wrong, or cold and disgusting every single time. I just received coupons in the mail. I don't want coupons, I want a professional establishment that will take my order via the drive through speaker. I want a staff that is attentive and caters to the customers needs. This is just ridiculous. I have contacted the store only to be sent to a general voicemail box, I have left messages requesting the franchise owner contact info or a regional manager, I have not received calls back. Keep it up, and your business is sure to fail. My family will not be conducting any business with this establishment until these issues are addressed.
