I always have a great experience with my Wendy's orders. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. You can tell the staff takes pride in preparing everything with care. It's one of the reasons I keep coming back. Great food, fast service, and consistently fresh meals every time! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food just seemed off. Ended up getting pretty nauseous hours later. When I got there, was no one there; first thing they say to me,”give me a few mins please”. After say 3 mins, still only one in the facility, a single person just stood there at that register, but didn’t say anything. After placing the order, 3 more patrons had arrived. I was there long enough to completely drink my whole drink twice, and get 2 refills prior to taking food home. All things considered, nothing really bothered me to much but the order was not correct once I got home, items were missed, and feeling very uneasy this morning . Will be quite some time before I go there again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a baked potato and chicken nuggets on a mobile order. I came and they were out of baked potato’s and so they offered to switch it out for a different item. I agreed and they said it would be a 5 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes. I then had to leave without my food and called the location asking for a refund they told me they couldn’t give me a refund. So I spent almost 10 dollars on food I didn’t get.
