On 7/9/2026 at 10:23am, I placed my order in the drive through. After paying I was told to pull forward and park it will be a 10 minute wait. I said never mind then I want a refund. Should have told me that before I placed the order. I paid with my card and they offered cash. I wanted the money back on my card the way I paid. The women working told me they didn’t know how so they wouldn’t be able to give me a refund. After calling corporate, the customer service representative was very unprofessional and rude! I have yet to be made whole and I do not live in that area! I will be reaching out to the BBB!

Alot has gone wrong for this place over the last 2 years and it seems to keep going in the wrong direction. ** Soda machine is gross and no carbonation or ice ** Food did not taste fresh like usual ** Receipt printer was down had to wait in line to get our receipt after they figured out printer paper was gone ** There is a terribly foul smell coming from the condiment bar. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't come to this Wendy's late at night. I was at the drivethru window at 1 am and it says they close at 2am. The lady said they were closed and ignored me. Absolutely bad service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
