Took us 25mins to get our order while waiting outside for them tobbeing it to not just one person they brought 3 orders all at once took forever for our food very disappointing, I didn't even want to eat my food anymore

Everything you'd expect from a Wendy's! But this one has a great location near the interstate exit, an outside seating area and next to that a good size patch of grass, below a hill (not easily accessible to the road.)So if you're needing to stop and refuel your car and your stomach, especially with kids or a dog companion this is the spot for you. We were headed out of town back home and decided to pull over and "picnic" with my three kids. They enjoyed the outdoor space and their frostys. We were only going to go through the drive thru but spotted the seating area. Drive thru was fast and friendly as well. Parking was near the seating area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I’m convinced this particular Wendy’s is actually a social experiment to test how much chaos one person can endure over four chicken tenders. I ordered FOUR. Not a complex number. Not a math puzzle. Just four. Somehow I was given three. Did one tender escape? Was it promoted to management? We may never know. Naturally, I tried to call the store. Phone doesn’t work. Voicemail is full. Of course it is. I assume it’s packed with other people reporting missing tenders and broken dreams. Then there’s the drive-thru which I can only describe as an off-road adventure course. The potholes are so deep I’m pretty sure I briefly lost radio signal and picked up something from China. My suspension is now filing a formal complaint. So I go inside. Big mistake. The bathroom looked like it had recently lost a war. Completely clogged, not cleaned, and honestly I’m not convinced it wasn’t being used as a science experiment. The only bright spot? The people. Staff were actually super friendly and polite—like customer service angels working in the middle of a logistical disaster. At this point I’m not even mad—I’m impressed. It takes real dedication to miss on food count, customer service systems, infrastructure, AND sanitation all in one visit—while still having genuinely nice employees. If you’re looking for fast food, keep driving. If you’re looking for an immersive “how is this place still open” experience this place delivers (just not all four tenders).
