Just waited an hour for 3 Biggie Bag combos to show up with no chicken nuggets or sauce for any of them. The burgers were smashed. Do not waste your time or money here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I just came from the Wendy's on Transit in Lockport, NY and I'm pretty steamed. My husband has Alzheimer's as well as leukemia and diabetes and he has insisted on the exact same meal every single day (except Christmas and Thanksgiving) for the past year. By my calculations, that means I have spent almost $2400 there just this year. Today, we went through the drive thru as usual but when the employee handed me his drink, it didn't look like diet so I tasted it. I absolutely HATE diet pop so I can tell immediately if that's what it is or not. When I mentioned that the drink was supposed to be diet, she glared at me and said, "It IS diet! Give it to me! I'll make another one." She was a total witch about it and if she thought I was just trying to get a free drink, she was dead wrong. After she gave me the second drink, she pointed at the machine and said, "See? It says DIET!" I'm sorry if she hates her job that much. She should find something else. Unfortunately, since my husband is so obsessed with that specific meal, I have no choice but to continue going there. Hopefully, at some point in the near future, he'll become obsessed with eating somewhere else and the next place can have my money.
