Today, we went to this Wendy’s branch in 580 Merrick Rd. and the place was filthy. See photos. No good afternoon welcoming of nothing. We approach the cashier and placed the orders. No customer service at all. This is not our first time here: we felt like; ,” just order and pay”! There was liquid spilled in a few areas, the table with the condiments, napkins, utensils, others was dirty and a mess. The floor was another area unkept, trash on the floor and sat there since we arrive and stayed there when we left after eating in. Today’s experience was awful , dirt, spills, trash on floor and self service table. This Wendy branch needs strict supervision from the manager. Thank you. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I recently ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals and was surprised they changed their chicken. It used to be a thick and spicy piece of chicken, but it is now similar to a McChicken. It is thinner than a McChicken, is not spicy, and covered in panko bread crumbs, but yet cost $7 a sandwich ($12 for a meal). The Biggie Deals ($6 meals) are a much better deal considering those sandwiches are bigger. Also, this location is always out of things. They've been out of lettuce for awhile and were even out of soda today. They also forget items in the bag when ordering drive-thru, requiring you to go into the store to get it. Lastly, even with all of the missing things, they still nitpick on things, such as having to prove I don't already have a sauce in the bag when telling them I am missing it from my order. I go to Wendy's often, and this location is poorly run. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
