My bf and I went there about a week or 2 ago before we went to the hospital for his chest pains. He got a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit...I got the sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit with the potato wedges, & a drink. It was around 10:30 am & we got everything fresh...except when I opened my sausage, egg, & cheese...the 1rst thing I saw was a thick black hair peaking out from underneath the egg. I was 8 weeks pregnant & so I sent my bf to get another one for me. He comes back out not realizing they gave him just a sausage, egg biscuit that was room temp. I told him it has no cheese & it's not even fresh or warm...he goes back in & the lady just slaps a peice of cheese on it & says if that's not good enough then she can give us a refund...he mentions the cheese & she says "it'll melt" & they're out of biscuits...my bf isn't good with confrontation so he just brought it out to me...I was pissed...but I knew he wouldn't want to go back in a 3rd time & it wouldn't be good if I went in because I was hangry & didn't get what I paid for. I will not be going back there because of that experience. Smh. I wish I took a photo of it all. I'm still upset about it because I was afraid to eat it because it was clearly not fresh & I didn't want to risk getting food poisoning being at just 8 weeks pregnant. We are most DEFINITELY a Wendy's family!!! We've been visiting Wendy's since I was a kid & now I take not only my kids, but grandkids too!!! Chicken nuggets are always a winner with the kiddos & honestly with mom & dad too!!! The Biggie Bags are an amazing value & always a satisfying choice. You truly can't go wrong with a trip to Wendy's!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
