The last 5 times I have been here, I have ordered the same thing, #8 with no lettuce and no tomato. Every time they make it different. Twice it has only been a chicken patty the last 3 times it has been a sandwich with mayo and pickles. Ive tried to bear with them thinking they were just having a bad day but I do not want to pay for something I didnt order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

very slow, disorganized. out of key items. restroom broken. soft drimk machine mot working. gave frosty when ordered so was melted by time to eat it. no chocolate. then ran out of vanilla..3 times like this. others very frustrated also. one customer left. needs a good manager. The employees here have no care for customer courtesy or service it looks clean but if you look underneath the counters and other places were even food is stored there's nastiness which you can see in pics if you order through the drive-thru you're going to have to wait for your drink you should get it right away at any other Wendy's you would by the time you get your food it's old and stale especially if you're going through the drive-thru and the younger employees have no respect for their elders I wouldn't recommend that anybody eats here it could be detrimental to your health I think the health inspector needs to pay a visit to this place also the manager main manager shouldn't be working in a position of power anyway.
