Food was good but the drive through order is just a computer, no people. If it doesn’t know the answer you don’t get one. No spoon for the ice cream, no spoon for the chili, non of the sauces we ordered. Too much of a hassle. :/ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. The restaurant is officially listed as closing at 1:30 AM, yet multiple times I have arrived around 1:15–1:20 AM and employees already refuse service, claiming they close at 1:00 AM instead. What makes this even more frustrating is that online orders also seem to stop being prepared after 1:00 AM, despite the posted business hours clearly stating 1:30 AM. Customers rely on the published hours when deciding whether to drive to the restaurant or place an order. If the actual closing time is 1:00 AM, then the hours should be updated honestly instead of wasting customers’ time and fuel. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures consistency between the posted hours and actual service. I am writing to file a complaint for the second time and ask you to review the behavior of your employees. Before their shift has even officially ended, they are already closing the doors of the Wendy’s restaurant and leaving early. For example, the posted closing time for this location is 1:30 AM, which is clearly stated in your schedule and business hours. However, by 1:30 AM the employees have already left the restaurant. This is becoming completely unacceptable, especially when customers arrive to pick up their food orders and find the Wendy’s doors locked. Please review this issue seriously. There have also been situations where I arrived around 1:00 AM and your employees stated that the restaurant was already closed, even though the official closing time had not yet arrived. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope appropriate action will be taken.

I went for a quick lunch with my brother and cousin. We had good food and frosties! The service was fast & the restaurant was clean. I think Wendy's has good food at a reasonable price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
