Worst Wendy’s to go to i suggest you avoid it. Staff is rude. Came here in a good mood for dinner and left with no food and loss of appetite. The lady at the window yesterday was in a bad mood decided to ruin mines. I went to the drive thru yesterday and immediately the lady on the speaker starts yelling all fast I ask her to slow down and repeat her self she basically says the system is down and it will be a while for it to fix so I asked if I could wait in line for it she says no I can’t have u holding up the line(if the system is down what line am I holding up). I pull off to the side and park and almost instantly another car pulls up and she takes there order so I drove my car back into the line. She took my order but refused to let me place a second order which I always do but I didn’t want to argue so I told her I would go back around and order again if I had to. When I get to the window to pay the lady is still rushing speaking extremely fast and being rude I asked her is she okay since she’s acting so strange like she was under the influence or something she gets a attitude again and tells me she doesn’t have to take my order starts yelling about them being understaff I asked to speak to someone else to take my order at this point she starts raising her voice and like 4 co workers come to check on me. I explain to them she had me get out of line because “her system was down” and that she’s just being difficult. They seem to not care so I decide I want a manager and I’m not interested in ordering anymore they immediately jump to threatening to call the cops on me for asking to speak to a manager. I’m a young African American man I didn’t feel like having police contact just to make a complaint so I just left when they said that. As I’m driving off the dude is making rude remarks and yelling for them to get my license plate I tell them they are more then welcome to get my plate as I have nothing to hide or worry about as I drive off and head to somewhere more pleasant to order dinner overall a horrible experience and the lady made her job a lot harder when she could have just took my order and did her job correctly and there would be no issue I still don’t get why she made it such a issue if your understaffed I get it but that has nothing to do with your customer don’t take it out on us. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. TLDR rude staff unnecessary drama terrible experience plus Wendy’s is overpriced anyways. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm sorry, but this Wendy's location hasn't ever gotten my order correct in the few years I've been going to it. I always get some random item mixed in with my food, stuff on my burgers that I explicitly asked NOT be on them, and then it's missing the most crucial part of the meal (like the 10pc nuggets). The gentleman working there was very kind and helped us save some money on our order by combining things into a meal, but other than that, everything else came back wrong as usual. Check your bag twice if you plan on going there. Also, the service is just flat out dysfunctional after 9-10PM. Not sure what happens, but it sucks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was held hostage here for half an hour over a very simple order which was just a $7 biggie bag. Only person doing their job was a young man. Not going to lie. Me and my husband avoid this place a lot even though we love Wendy's cuz there's always something going on here. It's like I've seen people fight here before and it's not even that ghetto. It's just something about the aura of the land. Puts this Wendy's in the Twilight Zone. Tell me why I had to wait half an hour for a junior chicken sandwich. It was like 7:00 p.m. Still light out. I was only one of two cars in the drive-thru. It's just crazy Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
