I debated even posting this but ultimately decided that it needed to be shared. I placed a mobile order a few nights ago (it was late at night, around 10:40pm) after a long shift at a nearby store. I don’t have a car and didn’t have a way to lock up my scooter so I kind of had to go through the drive through to pick it up. I had gotten there faster than I thought I would (maybe 5 minutes after placing the order) so I decided to give the employees working a little bit more time to put my order together so I waited about 5 minutes (10 minutes post placing the order). No one answered when I approached the speaker so I just went up to the window and I saw employees laughing at me through the window instead of coming to help, when someone finally came to help I told them that I had an online order and they proceeded to ask what I wanted so I repeated that I had an online order. I was told that it would be a few more minutes, I thought that was a little bit weird because it had been probably ~15 minutes post placing the order but whatever. A few minutes turned out to be about 7 minutes and the employee who made the frosty didn’t bother to wipe off the side of the cup where there was clearly frosty on the outside before handing it to me. I really don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again. Food: 3 Service: 1

Cashier with dark curly hair was very rude. He wasn’t wearing a name tag or I would’ve reported him by name. He was frustrated that we had a large order. He took our payment and also handled food. I asked him if there was something we did to offend him and he didn’t answer. We usually have a great experience at Wendy’s but I will not return to this location because of our experience. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

They wanted extra money just for a single ranch packet for my fries. Never go to this Wendy's.
